Blume's Farm Healing Essences
Flower essences are energetic or vibrational medicines and do not
interfere with other forms of treatment such as homeopathy, herbal, or
conventional medicine. The standard dosage is 4 drops under the tongue,
a minimum of 4 times per day. Essences are most effective when given
FREQUENTLY throughout the day versus larger doses given only a
couple of times a day. Take a dose (4 drops) first thing when you awaken
and last thing before you go to bed. Try to get 2-3 doses during the day.
You may also put 4 drops in water or herbal tea to sip throughout the
day. Flower essences may be added to your bath water, 6-10 drops.
1) In Body--This is made up of a combination of 6 flowers.
Often when we are young we learn to disembody when we feel
emotionally or physically threatened. This is a survival mechanism that serves us when we are young but is an impediment as we mature. This essence is for those of us who cannot seem to stay in our bodies, tending to discarnate states, being "out there".
2) Emotional Release--This is a combination of 9 flowers.
This blend helps us to let go of old baggage and attachments that no longer serve us and helps with feeling safe when coming into the present and releasing the emotions and tears which have been restrained, especially pain within the heart from childhood. It is also beneficial for releasing grief and emotional pain stuck in different parts of our bodies, pain which we have never fully experienced.
3) Self Love & Worth--Is a combination of 6 flowers.
This essence allows the emotional honesty to examine those aspects of ourselves which we have disowned. Knowing our own true worth and strength to follow our inner guidance and feeling the strength of our individuality especially under pressure; counters feelings that we are unlovable, undesirable, unworthy.
4) Resistance--There are 9 flowers in this combination.
This blend is helpful in breaking through conscious or unconscious resistance to inner work; catalyzing the will to manifest ourselves as we choose to be. It allows us to begin to penetrate the wall we've put up and to take responsibility as active participants in our own healing process. It is helpful also with the fear of exposing our feelings when opening ourselves to inner work.
5) Fear--There are 2 flowers in this combination.
This is a very simple but powerful blend that treats small ordinary fears, large dark fears, pervasive dread, and phobias.
6) Surrender and Trust--This is a combination of 8 flowers.
This blend is helpful in our desire to surrender to the guidance of life, to "let go and let God"; trust in divine protection in our world, to know that we are not alone, and to trust in our own enormous self healing powers.
7) Outta My Head/Into My Heart--There are 7 flowers in this combination.
This blend increases our courage to act decisively from our heart and our feelings. Perimeters are shifted so that intellectual life is not given more prominence and validity than the most sensitive, deeply feeling center of ourselves. It is safe and healthy for our awareness to come from the heart. The intellectual, analytical part of us no longer defines our truth and reality.
8) Gratitude--There are 6 flowers in this combination.
This beautiful blend increases our ability to identify and appreciate our incredible blessings; to see the abundance and beauty in others and in nature; and to illuminate and celebrate the abundance of our lives.
9) Forgiveness--This is a combination of 5 flowers.
This blend aids us in our goal to forgive ourselves and others and to make peace through forgiveness and acceptance of the perceived wrongs, faults, and imperfections of ourselves and others--a powerful freedom.
10) Trauma Remedy--This is the traditional 5 flower blend.
This blend is most effective for any stress, emergency, trauma, pain or shock, large or small.You can use it internally or externally; it helps us to stay connected with our physical bodies in situations of extreme stress.

Dosage
Again, flower essences are most effective when given frequently; 4-8 times per day is ideal. Because it is impossible to overdose or abuse the essences, you are not limited in how many doses you take per day. For those with very busy schedules (read ALL of us), take first dose immediately upon rising in the morning, take second dose just before you leave for work or school, and take third dose in water or tea bottle for throughout the day. Take fourth dose when you get home from work, and take your final dose just before getting into bed for the night. You can squirt 4 drops directly under your tongue, put the drops in herbal tea or water, or bathe in the tub with 12 drops added to the bath water (this is extremely effective). I've used the atomizer bottle and spritzed the air, pillows etc. If you'll keep your essences in your shirt or pants pocket, it may be annoying, but it will help you to remember to take it. You could drink the entire remedy at once, and it would not be nearly as effective as taking 4 drops several times per day.

To have a custom flower essence blend made for you or your pet, e-mail me a few keywords or phrases describing the behavior or characteristic that you would like to change. I will then test for the most appropriate and beneficial blend. Testing is $25 and a custom blend is $15.
